Hello (woof! Woof!!), my name is Beau , aka BoBo, Little Guy, and The General. I'm a 12-year-old red mini-dachshund (Weiner dog), and have lived with my Pet Caretaker, Donna, since I was 8 weeks old.
I have several different names that she calls me, Beau, is my everyday name, Little Guy is when she's either petting me or giving me T-Touches, which I love, and The General is usually when I'm about to do something I'm not suppose to, or have gotten into trouble for something I did.
I have a very comfortable life and usually get everything I need. Like last year, when I hurt my left leg and shoulder jumping off a chair, I was restricted from ever jumping off any furniture or going down stairs which I have done all my life. So when my Grandpa Fred got back from Florida last year (he lives with us during April-November) he felt really bad for me and made me my own ramps that I use to go outside and also to get onto and off of my favorite chair and sofa, so that I don't re-injure myself. I'll tell you one thing, it didn't take me no time to learn how to use them, since it gets really boring looking at people's feet all the time. Now I'm again able to look out the window and door to see what's going on.
My pet caretaker loves to take pictures of me, which she uses for her Christmas Cards. |
